Program description

Apex AM LLC, doing business as Brazos Asset Management, operates an SMS program. When you opt in through the chat widget on our website, you may receive two types of messages, depending on which consent box(es) you check:

Informational / transactional: replies to your inquiries, appointment and call reminders, resident and leasing updates, and account notifications.
Promotional: information about available properties, real estate investment opportunities, events, and offers.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opting out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, opt in through our website chat widget or reply START.
